For a recommended minimum donation of $10 per staff member honored, you can give a shout-out to a teacher, staff member, bus driver, or administrator. MES PTO is conducting a special campaign and will make a large yard sign for each honoree and place it outside MES to show the community how great the people who work at MES are. Your gift will be placed in a fund to help support the MES staff and students throughout various programs. MES believes that field trips can expose students to diverse cultures and perspectives, broadening their understanding of the world. Today our 3rd graders visited the Cincinnati Reds Hall of Fame Museum and took a ballpark tour.

Today 2nd graders took a field trip to The Place, a skating rink in Cincinnati. The students enjoyed an interactive STEM lesson and then were able to skate for two hours. They had a blast and so did the teachers and chaperones!

Wow! What a night! Milan Elementary thanks Milan High School for hosting us for our 2025 Spring Music Concert. Our Kindergarten and First Grade students were amazing! Awesome job students and Mrs. Thomas!

The first graders wiggled through the day learning all about Earthworms! They also welcomed a presenter from the IN Dept of Environmental Management.

After weeks of extra practice and studying, our 3rd and 4th grade Math Bowl team competed at Dillsboro Elementary and finished in 1st place in their division! Congratulations!

Boom Baby! The Indiana Pacers mascot, Boomer, visited MES this week. He was there to give motivation for doing our best, being a reader, and also ILEARN motivation for grades 3&4. Of course he was entertaining and did dazzling dunks!
