The MHS band visited the Grand Ole Opry today on band tour and they had a great host for their backstage tour...Our students had the treat of meeting up with Milan's own Jamie Johnson and hearing him perform while they were there!

The 2024 band tour has begun! Band students arrived in Nashville this afternoon and started their trip off with a recording at the famous RCA studio B. 🎤🎧



Last week, students in Mrs. Sciutto's Human Body Systems class used model organisms to analyze the effect of heavy metal toxicity from pesticides on the nervous system. Science rules!




3rd quarter band concert is complete! Everyone sounded wonderful! The band will be sharing their talents in Nashville, TN next week on the annual band trip.

When our physics students needed a lab participant, their teacher, Ms. Small, stepped up and strapped on the roller blades! One more example of how our teachers are invested in their students’ successes!
