Milan High School (gr. 9-12) partners with the Southeastern Career Center, Ivy Tech, JAG, Project Lead the Way, and ROD Special Education Cooperative to meet the academic needs of learners.  The high school offers Milan Works!, a work-based learning opportunity for juniors and seniors.

Milan Intermediate (gr. 5-6) and Middle School (gr. 7-8) is a Leader in Me School and uses a blended instructional approach with technology as a platform for all student learning.

Milan Elementary School (PK-4) is a Leader in Me School and provides a solid foundation for students in academics and leadership.

All Milan Schools offer a tele-health program for on-site doctor visits in partnership with Margaret Mary Health. School nurses coordinate this worthwhile program.

The Milan Athletics program motto is:  A Small School with Big Opportunities.  That motto is realized with 19 competitive varsity sports offered for high school students.  There are many sports opportunities for elementary, intermediate, and middle school students as well.
